Mayflower Market - Moorpark, CA
The 1994 Northridge earthquake destroyed the Mayflower Market that was built in the late 1940's. The project encompassed designing a new "home town" market located in historic downtown Moorpark, California.
Village Shopping Center - Woodbridge, CA
Village Shopping Center (Alton Plaza) for the Irvine Company. This 273, 525 sq ft complex consists of retail facilities, mixed occupancies with 20.96% building coverage.
